Chatbot for Facebook Messenger

This is an old project which included designing a chatbot for FB Messenger to improve the existing shopping experiences by using alternative channels, including a conversational UI.

Highly engaged customers buy more, promote more, and demonstrate more loyalty, resulting in 23% more revenue than average. By combining existing technnologies and promoting virtual assistants, will build up a flawless omnichannel engagement, and create a first contact resolution.
