SLUM BY THE SEA

The whole concept is based on my client neighborhood of Venice Beach which is a fairly beautiful beach community but has always been referred to as the slum by the sea since the early 1900s due to the amount of crime and more recently has become overrun with a huge homeless population so he was trying to come up with a brand logo that represents the area in a way.
