Layout Arquitetura surgiu após a percepção de que os assuntos propostos na faculdade, não abordavam ferramentas e apresentação digital dos projetos. Após realizar pesquisas e estudos na internet, o resultado foi que não há um meio de ensino que aborde três principais temas, que são: Modelagem BIM, Renderização, e Marketing digital. A ideia de criar a empresa, parte do ponto que esta, vem fornecer um treinamento suprindo essa necessidade do mercado, e juntamente com isso, incluir um treinamento de marketing digital.
O conceito do logotipo parte, primeiramente, do ponto da parte de cima do pilar de sustentação do Parthenon.
Com os formatos quadrado e circulares, essa região sustenta todo o teto do Parthenon. Este é a sustentação da marca Layout Arquitetura.
O segundo conceito, está ligado diretamente a deusa Atena, que é a deusa da sabedoria e justiça.
Com seu escudo, devido a sua excelente qualidade na batalha.
Por fim temos a coruja, que é o animal que representa a sabedoria. Além de ter um olhar penetrante, era também o animal de estimação da deusa Atena.
