Logistics/Package Consolidation App UI Design

Happy Weekend everyone!

I designed two screens for a logistics business.

Have you guys heard of "package consolidation"? It is a term in logistics(especially popular among international shipment) that refers to consolidating/combining all small/separate packages into a big box, so all your parcels can be sent to one address together with much less shipment fee.

So this is a UI design concept for such a business.

1️⃣ The first screen is the dashboard, showing users all packages(separate, small ones) that have arrived in the distribution centre, as well as the various status of orders(order means the "big box" that contains multiple small packages).

2️⃣ The second screen is the second step of "package consolidation process(making an order)", where users can select which package to consolidate.

📝Side note: Wireframing this was easy, but it took me such a long time to finally come up with the idea of presenting the "order status" as a cardboard, to make the UI less boring…
