Castle Concert Series

Being the artistic director of this concert series combining classical chamber music with the historical heritage of Scottish castles it was important to:

- Highlight the Scottish connection
I used a my own shot of an ancient castle in which I extended the sky to serve as background.

- Be able to use the same flyer for all four concerts
As information for all concerts needed to share one flyer it was crucial to be very economical with space for which I used clever type setting to maintain clarity.

- Include all information needed regarding performers, dates, venues and box office
Again space was limited, so the use of for example icons for phone, web etc helped keeping it snug.

- Clearly show logos of our sponsors
As the saying goes, "don't bite the hand that feeds you", we wanted to be very clear on showing our gratitude - and what better than displaying the logo of the National Trust for Scotland on the slope just in front of the Braemar Castle!
