Hertz iOS mobile calendar (redesign concept)

When I worked for Hertz we created static mockups and left it to the developer to come up with the animations. Now with software like Figma and XD we can design and animate micro-interactions exactly how we see them in our heads. I thought it would be fun to jump into Figma and redesign the calendar selection process. I always found it a bit odd choosing dates on the calendar.
