Design Aid - Donate your spare design time to charities
Hey peeps,
A few weeks ago I had the idea for creating a website where charities could list design work they needed done and designers could apply to do it pro-bono.
The benefits for designers is that can use their spare-time on actual real-world projects that make a difference. Also great for building up your portfolio.
You would go to the site, filter projects by how much free time you have to spare (hours, days, weeks, months) then find a project that suits your skillset and apply.
It's at a really early stage but I would love for this to be a collaboration between designers and developers from Dribbble etc.
I've already started the designer but would gladly hand it over to guys with more time to take it to the next stage.
