Our Engagement

I'm getting married! Being a designer, I really wanted the chance to design my own invitations. It was a heck of a job, but really worth it in the end. Attached are the front and reverse designs. I'll upload a few photos of the process/finished product soon too! These were printed on Splendorgel card stock, and then mounted on a beautiful Mohawk Via Kraft stock. The end result was a really thick, premium feeling invitation that had a nice natural touch. The botanical illustrations by Pierre Joseph Redouté (circa 1800s) were traced out before being composed in a bouquet on the front, and as a border on the reverse. Brand Pro and Frontage fonts were chosen for the layout, and the colour palette was picked to compliment the beautiful flowers. Hope you guys like it!
