I’m looking for some honest and knowledgeable folio feedback

My experience tells me a folio should tell a story to all audiences. So this one isn’t too scary for Devs and PMs as it only has three sections; Team, Best Practice and Projects but also clever enough for UX professionals. I leave Projects last as it works well as a taster.

I am senior, and I have been practicing UX for 10 years so I want to demonstrate how I can add value to a team. I start by painting a picture using my skill-sets and then dig deeper with UX types, process and deliverables. Championing Best Practice is highlighted with examples from two clients showing depth of experience (interviewer get put off if your work is only financial and they are not). Finally I have presented three Projects with the emphasis on process, one UI, one complete end-to-end from concept to discovery to delivery and the final with a strong push to my USB; UX Discovery Workshopping, all with outputs to apply grounding.
I realise it is a big ask, but I’m looking for other like-minded UX professionals to intelligently critique my flow, the detail (or lack of) and the storytelling.
