DailyUI #017 - Email Receipt

This is my #017 #DailyUI design.

Design Hint 💻 - Design an Email Receipt. What was purchased? On what date? Consider other elements such as a customer support info, a tracking number, pictures, related items, etc.

The Idea 💡 - The idea for today’s UI design is a email receipt for a theoretical online marketplace called, Liberty Marketplace. The design will be made for either desktop or mobile email applications and will hopefully follow a sophisticated and modern aesthetic. The colour palette will reflect the sophisticated aesthetic, being purely monochromatic. I will focus primarily on UX and element location with this design, as the general nature of what I'm designing for uses a lot of important information in the form of text and images.

Final Thoughts 🧠 - It's what I set out to design, I love it! It looks and feels simple, yet subtly modern. It has all the required information a user would need to see for a "receipt" and it displays this information in a nice and neat, minimalistic manner. The monochromatic colour palette makes the design pop in such a simple way, too. Overall, from wireframing to final prototyping, the small 5 hour journey of creating this "Email Receipt" has been a fun and proud experience.
