Classic button shape in iOS 7

Hm, this is just a quick sketch, but I'm not totally convinced that the classic iOS button shape could not have worked for 7, too. I'm not exactly a fan of the new style. It just never worked as well for me as a dedicated shape around the button. From a UI point of view, it seems clearer to me, especially for the average user.
