30 Days of Art: (28) Scrollbar

Throwback to my Neopets and early web design days where you can customize the look of your web browser scrollbar using CSS! I think that should make a comeback, especially with the rise of brutalist websites. Today's UI Design was inspired by those cool days, where that was the only thing I had to worry about, instead of homework and school.

Also this is giving me throwbacks to my first year design courses in undergrad... 🤣
