Killer Mike is right; we must plot, plan, strategize, organize and mobilize. That looks like a lot of things. It could look like protesting. In the design community, it could look like supporting our brown and black brothers and sisters. I think the most important thing it should look like is voting. Voting locally. Voting to change the “leaders” in this country that act like cowards and bigots. Leadership starts from the top. In our country right now there is very little leadership. There are exceptions. Mayor Bottoms and Mayor Lightfoot have shown an incredible amount strength and courage in this nation.
Change starts with getting cowards out of office and putting true leaders in there.
