Tenders App (Gigs for hospitality professionals)

Something I've been working on lately @ hiretend.com. Building an entire product from scratch while being the only designer in the company has been difficult and some times frustrating when you don't ship your ideal solution worked on with the ideal design process but that's compensated when you receive feedback from users and see your MVP being and improvement and a step forward towards the solution of people's problems.

Hopefully I will start sharing a little bit more here.
