Baylor Healthcare was looking to redesign one of their website entities, the Tom Landry Fitness Center. They wanted to create a site that was simple and easy for their members. I went through a comprehensive feature / functionality review and a competitor analysis with Landry’s staff to evaluate what were the top pain points for the members and the staff. The feedback was conclusive. The members wanted to be kept up-to-date on the current activities taking place at the facility and the internal staff wanted an easy way to communicate to their members using the website. We were able to give the internal staff, including instructors, nutrionists, and managers a form to easily communicate with the members.
