GROUPON register revision

Hi, after revision with a friend, I decided to a second version.
I changed the "turquoise/green" to a more recognizable green from GROUPON.

Since all the fields are required, I removed the * in all the forms.

Move the form to the right, since having CTA to the right is better practice.
