Logo design for the Charity 'Friends of A' The simple yellow and black colour scheme was chosen in line with the famous yellow rose of Texas, the emblem of the Texas Rose of Tralee and the heartbeat of the Texan-Irish community. The five distinct points at the edge of the semicircle represent the 5 point star on the flag of Adrienne's home state Texas. Finally, and perhaps most poignantly, the semicircle itself symbolises the half life lived and that missing someone in our lives.
