Feeling trapped?

If you have felt trapped in this quarantine time that we live, I want to tell you that it is normal. You have every right to feel sad, angry, or frustrated. But I also want to tell you that you should talk about these feelings. If you are a believer, talk to a leader of your congregation, if not, talk to a family member, a friend or a mental health professional. Take care of your mental health and keep the faith that we will get ahead.
