Qantas In-Flight Experience Mobile Application

Qantas Airways is Australia’s flagship carrier and its largest airline by fleet size providing transportation between Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world. The challenge is to redesign Qantas mobile application by offering a new set of in-flight services to passengers on their mobile devices. The project’s aim was to improve passenger experience as well as making services efficient on board.
