Majority Character Exploration | Brand Illustrations
I’m currently working with Majority on a bunch of illustrations for their app and the journey has been a really interesting one!
Majority is a banking service focusing on empowering migrants and giving them the tools to thrive in a new country. On the kick off meeting with the team we discussed that the illustrations should feel authentic, empowering and bold.
To create characters that are relatable I collected a lot of reference photos for clothing, hairstyle, accessories etc. Then I started building the character design piece by piece. I explored different proportions, body shapes, age and ethnicity.
