‹Coexist› Poster Submission for Slanted Magazine
A poster submission for Slanted Magazine’s upcoming issue titled ‹COEXIST›
A simple play of the classic paper-and-pencil game ‹Tic Tac Toe› where the original 3x3 grid is expanded to 7x7 grid to match the amount of letters in the word ‹COEXIST›. The typography is set using an all-caps custom monospaced typeface, with varying thickness of the ‹O› and ‹X› characters to represent the pluralism in societies. The poster’s layout is deliberately made readable upside-down to represent the multiple point of views from each diverse entities within the closely-knit grid. XOXO.
