This is one of the shots taken in the branding development for Fern Creek Co., a small artisan woodworking shop located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The client ultimately hopes to inspire people to connect with their loved ones by purchasing and using her products. So taking product-focused photographs within a lifestyle and connection context was key for her brand image. Additionally, the stunningly beautiful and imperfect nature of the wood she meticulously chooses was paramount to capture.
