What is the difference between praise and criticism? 💭 _ Has it ever happened to you that someone was praising you for 100 things, but criticizing only one, however, your impression is that you didn't do something right? Why is it so? _ Praise will serve us once. Now someone will tell us that we have done a great job and at this point we will be motivated to do something else. We will feel better and more fulfilled and decide that it is now our turn to rest. However, the praise will cease after a few days. _ What happens when we get criticism for our work? There are positive and negative criticisms. All we have to do is to look at each of them positively and find a way to use it properly for future work. _ Someone told us our design was boring? Bad? Not functioning well? Okay, what is one thing we can do about it? We can find new ways to solve problems, and by the way, learn a lot we didn't know. _ If we don't have something that will point out our mistakes, how will we fix them? It can always get better, and we'll get there by listening to reviews and trying to improve anything that can be fixed.
