The help/FAQ page is one of the most important yet often overlooked pages in delivering a
full circle user experience.

Ideally user experience should be so smooth such that the learning curve for a new product is minimal, but life is spontaneous and things don't always as planned hence the need for a well thought-out support page.

Here the help portal gives the user various options:

Search
Browse by topic/category
FAQs
Contact support.

For contact i added something different, instead of the regular (unintuitive) contact form,
there's a chat option which launches a chat UI when clicked and a voice note option for
more accessibility.
