Social Recruitment - RWD

Here is a design I have just completed for a client of ours. Using a responsive fluid grid layout it pulls in 3 of the latest posts from certain categories.

I'm still finishing off the footer and I'm sorry for the way Photoshop renders text - it's horrendous I know...
