Designer's Bookshelf is a book review blog dedicated to the best design books for Graphic Designers. This mark uses the letter "B" from "Bookshelf", and also represents two books stacked on their side.

I love the logo mark! Great execution.

Curious about the process leading to the choice of a teal color?

Hey Sean, thanks! It was difficult not to be very cliché when it came to a mark for a book-related business. I feel I delivered something new which is great!

As for the teal colour, it was chosen primarily to be "modern" and "appeal to the audience" ...of designers, a fussy bunch! I had some options using a burnt orange and olive too but they felt a little too "vintage" in comparison.
