•We have plenty of time to make all the time worth! •

In times of quarantine it is essential that we continue to take care of ourselves, our body and our mind. Creating some routines, weekly to-do lists and a range of recreational activities will help us stay more balanced and healthy! Our lives took a break, but the routines didn't.

Start a new hobby, complete that job you've been putting off for so long, organize and tidy up your house, do some exercise, see your favorite series or even learn how to cook, are some examples. Value your time, because now you have plenty of time for that. What have you been doing with this quarantine?
