SaaS platforms make life easier as they help to order complicated processes.
One of our latest projects is a SaaS platform for property developers, that regulates all the possible stages of the building process.
Our task was to create a clear system that makes complicated building process easy to track by managers and people who bought the house and want to see the progress as well as for builders who can have easy access to all the tasks in the project and for suppliers.

To make it possible, we conducted a deep research of different SaaS platform including popular ones as Slack and Trello. After this, we came to some conclusion, how to organize this system and started creating the architecture of data of the platform.
We had to check all our hypotheses, so we created clickable wireframes and tested them on real users.
As a result, we managed to organize all the functional features of the platform and regulate all the roles inside it.
Also, we found a metaphor for describing a platform essence - remote control. This metaphor illustrated the automation of the building process that the platform provides for the users and was implemented in UI design.
