❣️On the lockdown, I wanted to make some art, that reflect a calm we need on these times, I had in mind a person doing peaceful meditation. Life has been shaken to an anxiety filled moment as we all try and navigate the new day by day, a whirlwind of news stories.

- Ways to cope with stress -

. Take breaks from watching or listening to news stories, including social media.
. Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch, or meditate.
. Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy, movies, videogames, music...
. Connect with others. Talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.
