Designing SaaS can be challenging as you have to deal with complicated systems and realize user purposes.
Poolary - one of our SaaS projects initiated by American company Pool Specialist. The company wanted to create an easy program that gives people the possibility to call pool cleaners to do their work as easily as you can call an Uber.
Pool Specialist decided to create SaaS that can be used not only by their workers but by representatives of other companies too. In this case, we had a design challenge to synchronize many roles in one SaaS: managers of cleaning companies, clients, administrative staff and workers.
As a result, we created easy to use SaaS that covers all the purposes of each category of users. Our client from Pool Specialist was satisfied with our work as we coped with the task and kept in deadlines.
