Another Great Choice cosmetic brand & product design

Another Great Choice* is a skincare brand that promotes healthy skin through personalisation, fun, and time saving solutions. The uniqueness of the brand comes from the choice between "personal" and "instant" product lines: while instant products are ready-to-use and more traditional in the sense, the personal products are formed by combinations of base products like creams and cleansers and additional supplements like hyaluronic acid that can be mixed into the product for personalised, customised skincare experiences.

The target audience of this brand are young (and youthful) adults between the ages of 25 and 35. Ease of use and simplicity were important aspects to communicate; however, personal choices and customisability are an important factor to the innovational, individualist millennial audiences, which inspired the two product lines.

Minimalism and a retro, near medical feeling inspired the design as I was looking to make a cosmetic brand that was unisex, while the colour palette was chosen to communicate freshness, fun, and happiness. The tone of voice was made bold and challenging but inspirational: why do we do things the way we do? Why not try something else?

The name of the brand offers a new way of thinking as well whilst being a little bit humble, too, only promising a great experience on your own terms. Like the slogans, the name is a little flattering and puts the customer's needs and choices into the spotlight.
