Other than using Photoshop for the lighting and glow effects, Illustrator covered most of the design work. Fun fact: the mountains were created using blend shapes!

Honestly, I just reeeeeaally wanted to make a synthy-scifi thing. I thought CMYK was a great way to go for the central point of the composition.
