Xbox Music Modern UI Redesign

Xbox Music was the default music player for Windows Phone. It was indeed different and it did actually introduce some good ideas but most of the users did't actually like it.
Here's a modern looking, redesigned Xbox Music UI that keeps the main structure of the app, removes its flaws and introduces a new, yet familiar interface for Windows Phone fans.
