Chocolate Neon Letters

I cut these letters out of milk chocolate and then painted them white with cocoa butter. In retrospect I probably should have just used white chocolate but the milk chocolate was already tempered and ready to go 🤷‍♀️

I did use white chocolate later on, however. I tempered it, died it yellow with food coloring, and piped lines onto the letters to give them a neon-vibe. What do you think?
