About this Service
Twelve hours on the WordPress site that is slow, broken on mobile or full of layout bugs. I keep a dozen of my own sites fast and running, so I know where WordPress usually loses its speed.
Deliverables (12h block)
Fixes for your list of CSS, layout and plugin issues, in priority order
Speed pass: image sizes, caching, unused plugins and scripts, Core Web Vitals before and after
All theme edits in a child theme, so updates don't wipe them
A short note on what changed and what still needs attention
Smaller job: 6h ($180). Bigger clean-up or a redesign of key pages: 24h ($720).
Not included: hosting migration, paid plugin licences, content writing.
Tools: WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, CSS, PageSpeed Insights, your hosting panel.
Process and Communication
You send an admin login (a separate user for me), hosting access and the issue list.
I take a backup first and work on staging when your host has one.
Good to know
Unused hours stay on your balance and do not expire.
