💰 PRICING & ESTIMATION
The listed price covers working time. The hours it covers are confirmed before ordering.
After reviewing your materials, we estimate the hours, budget, and timeline based on our current hourly rate, confirmed before work begins. Analysis, design, discussions, and revisions are billed for the actual time spent.
We confirm start and delivery dates after reviewing your materials, scope, and our availability. Any turnaround estimate runs from the agreed start date. Purchasing the service does not guarantee an immediate start.
🤝 HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Once you approve the estimate, you prepay an agreed number of working hours. We work within that allocation and share the results for your review. If you’re happy to continue, you fund the next block of hours before further work begins.
We review the work in stages. New requirements are assessed and estimated as they arise.
