About this Service
UITOP designs and develops complex B2B web applications where product UX, frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and operational workflows need to work as one system.
We work with SaaS and enterprise product teams building new web applications, extending live products, or replacing fragmented operational tools with a dedicated software platform.
The work starts with the product logic behind the interface. We map users and roles, business records, actions, workflow states, permissions, business rules, data relationships, and the external systems involved in the selected scope.
That product model informs both UX and engineering. We define how users move through the workflow, what data each screen needs, how frontend states connect to backend logic, which information belongs in the database, and where APIs or third-party integrations enter the product.
For data-heavy products, development may also include large tables, filtering, search, dashboards, status updates, background data loading, complex record relationships, and performance requirements tied to the actual workflow.
UITOP can work across product design, frontend implementation, backend development, database logic, integration work, QA, and engineering handoff within the agreed technical scope.

What Complex B2B Development Needs to Define
Product Logic: Which records, actions, rules, dependencies, and workflow states make the product work?
Roles & Permissions: Which users can access each record, action, module, or workflow state?
Data Model: What data belongs to each business object, how records relate to one another, and which relationships the application needs to query or update?
Frontend Behavior: How should the application handle navigation, forms, large tables, filters, data loading, validation, status changes, errors, and other interactive states?
APIs & Integrations: Which internal or external systems exchange information with the application, what data moves between them, and how the product handles delays, failures, or incomplete responses?
Performance: Which product areas process large datasets, frequent updates, complex filters, maps, dashboards, or other interactions that require dedicated performance work?
Existing Product Context: For a live application, we review the current architecture, product behavior, component patterns, APIs, and technical constraints before changing the selected area.
Testing & Release: Critical workflows need defined acceptance criteria, technical testing, role and permission checks, edge-case coverage, and a release process appropriate for the product.
Who This Is For
This service is a good fit for:
CTOs and product leaders building complex B2B web software
Founders that need one team across product UX and implementation
SaaS companies developing a new operational product or major module
Teams building software around workflows that standard tools do not support well
Companies replacing spreadsheets and disconnected internal tools with a dedicated application
Product teams working with multiple user roles, permissions, records, and workflow states
Engineering teams that need additional product design and full-stack development capacity
Existing B2B products adding integrations, data-heavy modules, or new operational workflows
Industry-specific software teams with business logic that requires custom implementation
How We Work
1. Product & Technical ContextWe review the business workflow, target users, product requirements, current stack, existing architecture, available APIs, data sources, and technical constraints.
2. Workflow & Data MappingWe define users, roles, business objects, actions, record relationships, workflow states, rules, and integration points for the selected scope.
3. Product Structure & UXWe design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interfaces, states, and reusable interaction patterns.
4. Technical ArchitectureThe engineering team defines frontend structure, backend responsibilities, database relationships, API contracts, integration requirements, and implementation dependencies.
5. Frontend & Backend DevelopmentWe implement the approved workflows across the interface, application logic, APIs, database operations, and required system connections.
6. QA & Workflow TestingWe test the critical scenarios, product states, permissions, data behavior, integrations, and performance requirements included in scope.
7. Release & Continued DevelopmentWe prepare the approved product scope for release and can continue with new modules, integrations, product changes, or engineering support.
What You Can Expect
One Product Model Across Design and Engineering: The same workflow definitions, roles, records, rules, and states guide UX decisions and implementation.
Full-Stack Product Context: Frontend behavior is designed with backend logic, database relationships, API responses, and integration dependencies in mind.
Data-Heavy Implementation: We account for large datasets, tables, filters, search, dashboards, record relationships, and changing operational states where the product requires them.
Existing-System Awareness: For live products, the team reviews the current code, architecture, interfaces, and integration constraints that affect the selected work.
Reusable Engineering Patterns: Components, state behavior, data handling, and technical patterns are organized so related features can follow the same product logic.
Direct Collaboration: Product designers, developers, PM, and QA work around the same agreed workflows and implementation scope.
Technology
Technology depends on the product requirements and existing environment. UITOP development work includes:
React
TypeScript
Vite
Tailwind CSS
Material UI
Zustand
Node.js
Express
NestJS
PostgreSQL
MySQL
Prisma ORM
REST APIs
RabbitMQ
Third-party API integrations
Automated testing and QA workflows
If your product already has an established stack, UITOP can work within that technical environment where the project requirements fit our engineering capability.
Experience With Complex B2B Web Applications
UITOP designed and developed LogiCore, a logistics and warehouse web application for shipment tracking, warehouse operations, and multi-location inventory. The product combines a React and TypeScript frontend with Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and REST APIs. UITOP also implemented server-side pagination and row virtualization for large shipment tables, lazy-loaded warehouse data, frequently refreshed shipment states, and database-side aggregation for operational metrics.
UITOP also works on the development of Activate OS, a live construction fleet-management platform. The project includes modular React architecture, reusable map components, large fleet datasets, integrations, role-based product logic, and continued engineering work inside an established product.
These projects give UITOP direct development experience with B2B software where interface behavior depends on operational workflows, data relationships, backend logic, APIs, integrations, and production constraints.
