I’ll help you develop a main Key Visual (KV) for your event and extend the visual direction into essential event materials, so everything feels connected and ready to use.
Starting from $500, you’ll get a complete set of event designs based on 1 Key Visual.
What’s included?
1. Key Visual Design
1 main Key Visual based on your event concept, theme, and visual direction
Visual direction including typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements
The KV will become the visual foundation for all event materials
2. Event Collateral
The Key Visual will then be adapted into:

Notes
All materials will follow the approved Key Visual to maintain a consistent look across your event.
Source/editable files are not included in the standard package. If you need the source files, they can be provided for an additional fee.
The package includes 2 rounds of revisions for the Key Visual and 1 round of revisions for the event collateral. Revisions cover adjustments to the approved direction, layout, typography, color, or other design details.
Major changes to the concept or visual direction after approval may require an additional fee and timeline adjustment.
Estimated Timeline
The Key Visual takes approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the concept and visual direction.
The complete event design project takes approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the project scope, revisions, and feedback turnaround.
