About this Service
Fintech and trading products live or die by their dashboards. When someone stares at a screen full of numbers for hours a day, the interface has to hold up under that kind of attention: clear hierarchy, data that reads at a glance, and a look that reads as built by people who understand finance.
This package is scoped for exactly that. We know where data-dense screens usually go wrong. Decoration competes with the numbers, charts that looked fine in a mockup fall apart once real data hits them, and there are states nobody planned for. You get a UI system built to hold up once your data starts flowing through it.

UX audit of your current data model and information hierarchy, or a fresh IA if you're starting from scratch
- Wireframes for the core dashboard and supporting views
- High-fidelity UI design for a trading, portfolio, or order-management view, including real-time and streaming-data states
- Account and settings screens, plus empty, loading, and error states
- Compliance and audit-trail screens: transaction logs, approval flows, and exportable records
- A dark-mode-first token system, built for screens people stare at for hours at a time
- A data visualization component set: charts, tables, tickers, and cards built to handle real data
- A lightweight design system so your team can extend the UI on its own
- A clickable prototype of the core flow

Process & Communication:
Discovery (Days 1-2): We review your data, user types, and any existing screens, then agree on what the dashboard needs to prioritize.
Structure (Days 3-5): Wireframes for the core dashboard and supporting views, reviewed together before visual design starts.
Design (Days 6-11): High-fidelity design across the full package, including the data visualization components.
Systemize & Handoff (Days 12-14): Design system documentation, prototype, and a walkthrough call before files go out.
We work in a shared Figma file throughout, with Slack or your preferred tool for day-to-day questions.
The Team: One senior product designer leads this package, with our creative director reviewing the direction at each phase.
Contract: We work from a fixed-scope service agreement covering deliverables, timeline, and payment. 50% deposit to secure your start date, 50% due on delivery.
Do you offer custom packages? Yes. If you need more screens, a mobile version, or development added on, tell us in your brief and we'll scope it and adjust the price before we start.
Concepts & Revisions: We design 2 directions for the core dashboard screen and refine the one you choose across 3 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are available at an hourly rate.
