UI/UX Audit (Up To 7 Screens)

About this Service

Users rarely tell you a product is confusing — they just take longer, ask support, or stop using it. This audit goes through up to 5 screens of your product and identifies exactly where people struggle and what to change, delivered in a week.

What You Get

• A prioritized findings report — every issue ranked by likely impact, so the expensive problems get fixed first

• Screen-by-screen review — task flow, information hierarchy, labelling, error handling, empty states and mobile behavior

• Heuristic evaluation — measured against established usability principles, not personal preference

• Annotated screenshots — findings marked directly on your interface, so nothing stays abstract

• Specific fixes — what to change and why, not a list of observations

• A visual mockup of the highest-impact fix, so you can see the recommendation rather than read it

• Quick wins listed separately — the changes your team can ship this sprint without a designer

Who This Is For

• SaaS teams seeing drop-off between signup and activation

• Products where support keeps answering the same question

• Teams about to rebuild who want to know what’s actually broken first

• Founders who suspect the product is harder to use than it should be

What You’ll Need to Provide

Access to your product — a demo account, staging link, Loom or screenshots. Which screens are in scope, up to 5. What users are trying to accomplish on each. Any known problem areas or support complaints. Analytics access if you have it — helpful, not required. Missing some of this? That's fine. Send what you have and I'll fill the gaps.

Not Included

Redesign work, development, user interviews or moderated testing, copywriting, and technical performance auditing. This is a review with recommendations and one visual mockup — implementation is separate. Ready to act on the findings? See my Dashboard Redesign service, or SaaS Product UI Design if the whole product needs work.

Process

1. Days 1–2 — Walkthrough. I use your product the way a new user would and record where it breaks down.

2. Days 3–5 — Analysis. Findings prioritised by impact, fixes written, screenshots annotated.

3.  Days 6–7 — Delivery. Report, annotated screens, and a mockup of the highest-impact fix.

You’re working directly with the designer — no agency overhead, no account manager, no markup. That’s what keeps this priced the way it is.

My work is followed by 33,000+ people on Dribbble. Book with confidence — your payment sits in escrow and is only released when you’re happy with the project outcome.
