The Process:
01 — Discovery: This is where most designers skip or rush. I do: Stakeholder interviews, User research, User interviews. Competitive landscape. We define the real problem before I touch Figma: what the product is, who it’s for, and what success looks like. Everything after this phase has a reason.

02 — Information Architecture + User Flows: Every screen mapped. Every decision point defined.
03 — Wireframes (3 to 4 Core Features): Structure before aesthetics. We test the logic in black and white. Fast to change. Cheap to iterate. This is where bad ideas get killed early.
04 — UI Design (3 to 4 Core Features): High-fidelity design across desktop and mobile. Every component. Every state. Every edge case. A design system built alongside so your developers never have to guess.
05 — Usability Testing: Real users. Real sessions. We watch where they hesitate, where they fail, where they give up. Then I fix it before it ships.
06 — Handoff: Figma files. Design system documentation. Developer specs. Implementation notes. Everything your team needs to build without coming back to ask questions
