Seeking Talented 3D Animator

We’re a brand new language learning app (in stealth mode), with an ambitious combination of functionality and style. We’re looking for an experienced animator to take our 3D models, and create beautiful, realistic animations for them.

Skills required:

- A portfolio demonstrating 3D animation of characters/objects. A portfolio is the only thing we need to see, not CV’s or years of experience.

- Rigging / Animation experience is essential. We already have a 3D modeller, who creates the models, we just need you to rig and animate them.

- Video game animation (bonus)

- Experience animating Animal/Creature models (bonus)

- Experience integrating 3D model animations into mobile apps. (bonus)

- Knowledge of Three.js or React Native (bonus)

- A love for learning languages (bonus)

The role:

You will be animating 3D models for our app, with a lot of creative freedom. The more imaginative you are, the better. You will create several animations for 1 main 3D model, and a few animations for 20~ other creature models. Please include the word ‘ghibli’ at the start of your application, so we know you read the whole thing. The role will be freelance, remote and will last a few months.
