Digital Designer (Senior)
INDG is hiring a brilliant and thoughtful hands–on Senior Digital Designer to help us craft digital content. Someone who can guide the Design Team in crafting top–notch content across all of our accounts.
You have broad experience with digital design and your ideas and solutions are evidently creative and out of the box. You know how to create innovative interactions and beautifully present these. It is also essential that you know how to create balanced and elegant layouts as you will be occupied with all stages of the design process: from conceptualizing styles to finalizing layouts and rolling out designs across our markets and formats.

What will you do?
- You will take full responsibility on the design direction and execution of high profile projects for our most valued customers.
- You will work closely with the Creative Director and and will be responsible for a wide range of interesting projects, overseeing junior designers and freelancers as well as presenting to clients.
- The design-related communication between all stakeholders will be your responsibility. This involves both internal and external communication.
- With your seniority, you will coach the juniors through the design process by inspiring and challenging them and reviewing the quality of their work.
- You translate creative ideas into user-friendly designs, which are compatible with the technology used.
- You must keep an eye on the details to ensure end-to-end quality.
- you judge on the quality of the user experience, and explain what needs to be achieved to make it better.
- You keep track of time, budget and schedule, put in the time and effort needed to make each project you and your team work on a success.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree.
- You have 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a quality portfolio that shows online excellence – Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.
- Ability to come up with original, inspiring and innovative concepts.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A resilient, flexible and stress-resistant attitude.
- Professional, ambitious and dedicated.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience in UX tools and 3D is preferred.
