Human Design is a full-service brand transformation agency that partners with leaders in business and society to move customers, businesses, and the entire human race. Human Design started as an integrated advertising & design agency in 2013. Today, Human is an integrated strategy and design consultancy that connects brands with their customers all along the journey. Our expertise ranges from research, insights, and concept development, to new brand creation, physical and digital product design, film, media placement & management, to social strategy and management.

We believe in creating work with character that moves people and allows them the opportunity to connect with a brand.

We do this through a variety of mediums. Our Studio's capabilities include brand identity systems, packaging, photography and film direction, photography and film production, brand content, and ad campaigns, as well as digital products and experiences.

We work in crews that uniquely collaborate between Account, Strategy, Design, Copywriting, and Filmmaking to create the kind of work that brands and people seek.

You will:

This candidate will be coordinating disciplines within a crew to have a deep, and high-level understanding of the work.

They are also are an individual contributor within Design, Film, or Copywriting.

No task is too small (healthy egos only)

They'll be the creative lead on large projects, with a deep respect for the thoughts and contributions of everyone in their crew. In each of these projects, this candidate will ensure that outcomes are on budget, on strategy, within brand, and all-together next-level.

On a day-to-day basis you will be thinking of high level campaign strategy, ideas that solve hard problems for our clients, and creating work yourself.


You should have:

  • 7+ years of experience, with brand building, campaign thinking, writing, film, and digital experience.
  • A collaborative nature
  • Strong communication skills both within a team environment and to present work.
  • Demonstrated fluency in all things design. Systems, aesthetics, branding, campaigns, experiential, etc.
  • Deep experience in a wide array of design project types
  • Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your strategy
  • Ability to adapt with a quickly growing business
  • Solid human character
