Operations Demand Analyst (perm)

Our team leads and owns operational relationship with Apple Resellers across EMEIA. In this role, you will develop phenomenal relationships externally as well as internally, and be disciplined with strong analytical and influencing skills. You'll have exceptional communication and account management skills.

Key Qualifications:

•4-8 years experience as a senior account executive or in a Supply Demand Analyst role Independent,self-reliant,tenacious,self-starter

•You will need strong analytical abilities, and should be able to evaluate, analyse and present data to a broad audience

•Solution oriented analytical planning skills

•Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility

•Excellent social, negotiation, commercial & organisational skill

•Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise execution to tight deadlines

•Practical & focused approach to problem solving and process improvement

•Ability to manoeuvre through complex political situations

•Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations

•Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment

•Some demand planning specific experience and a background in forecasting is essential Experience in leading cross functional projects

•Fluent English is essential, an additional European language is an advantage

•Advanced numeracy skills and strong knowledge of Excel


Description:

In this role, you'll build and maintain effective working relationships with key customers, and use statistical & collaborative forecasting techniques to accurately forecast consumer demand

You will prepare partner demand data, and conduct detailed analysis to minimise forecast error

Own and drive long-term quarterly and weekly forecasting of products Responsible for the accuracy of those forecasts and talking and framing any differences

Acquire business knowledge and incorporate this information into your forecasts

Reporting and presentation of executive reviews

Forecasting a constrained supply environment to ensure supply is secured

Plan and execute New Product Introductions and Forecasts, together with seasonal strategies

Work on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the business

Ensure adherence of key customers' Contractual requirements Understand the Partner’s supply chain model & market dynamics


Education:

A relevant 3rd level degree essential, and a post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
