UX / Design Lead

We are a 15 person startup with an active user base doing a full design reboot of our 2 sided talent marketplace - http://www.golance.com

Looking for a designer who can help rethink the user experience from first principles. Then present and implement design options for a clean new look. 1 landing page and roughly 10 backend pages.

We are interested in someone for a long term full time role, but would like to start with a contract, and work together full time for a few months to make sure it is a good fit.

The role is 100% remote with a distributed team and flexible hours.

You will collaborate with a team of 5 who can help you with user interviews and other UX research.

Open to all seniority levels, our hiring decision will be based on your existing portfolio, hunger / grit, and team cohesiveness.
