About the role:

We’re looking for a Web designer to grow with our digital & engineering team. You’ll be designing user experiences and online solutions for some of the largest change makers in the world. At the end of each day you’ll go home knowing you did great work for clients that are making the world a better place.

Requirements:

2+ years experience working in digital design including UX Design, wireframes, user flows, emails and display ads
Understanding of how digital design transitions into development
Excellent communication skills including presenting solutions to team members and clients
Ability to evaluate efficient, effective solutions that translate easily into development
Understanding of the partnership between design and development
Wordpress knowledge including page building experience
Self-directed, self-motivated, able to balance creative concepts with real world restrictions
and project budgets
Ability to transition seamlessly between multiple projects
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player mentality with ability to lead
A good attitude

Nice to haves:

Marketing agency experience
Marketing software experience (Salesforce, Mailchimp, InfusionSoft, etc)
