Players’ Lounge is a video game wagering platform that allows gamers to bet on the outcome of their own matches, solo or with friends. Tap a button and you’re connected to an opponent to play your favorite video game against, for money.

A very small percentage of gamers are making a ton of money playing professionally, but there are millions of gamers who want to make money playing video games as well. Players' Lounge is giving this opportunity to everyone.

The role

Reporting to our Head of Design, you’ll work collaboratively within the product team to produce user research driven designs. You'll have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience working on complex products, in cross-functional teams and a history of validating your work through either qualitative or quantitative means. You have strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail. It’s important that our product not only works well but looks great. We expect all designers to share their work early and often. If you think it’s ready you’ve waited too long. You’ll be comfortable articulating your decision making and championing what you think is right.
