Creative Manager

ROLE: We are seeking a Creative Manager to be a creative conceptual leader to give our brochures and marketing collateral an uplift in logo, layout, aesthetic.
DEPARTMENT: Digital
MANAGER: Chief Technology Officer
DIRECT REPORTS: Graphic Design Team
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Work with Digital and Licensing teams to approve designs before final send off
· Will manage and mentor three designers
· Develop concepts and supporting materials
· Be a brand steward: manage design, typography, overall visual identity and strategy
- Stay Creatively Fresh: actively seek and share digital inspiration (creative, technology, general digital trends) with teams and department
· Must be able to present ideas in an organized, professional, and effective manner
· Responsible for managing workload and timelines
· Maintain awareness of design budget
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· 5+ years of experience
· Skilled in branding, print collateral, and editorial design
· An elevated eye for the sports industry
· Have competitive knowledge of the landscape, new techniques, and trends and printing, photography, and typography best practices
