What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can help shape and build Paste—a new tool by WeTransfer that is quickly gaining traction as a next-generation presentation tool for creative minds. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the research, ideation, design, and prototyping of key areas of the experience. You'll work side-by-side with a world-class team of product, research, design, and engineering experts to identify areas of opportunity, break them down into solvable problems, and craft elegant solutions.

What we’re looking for

• You have 5+ years experience in product design, creating world-class products, working on collaborative, cross-functional teams. Experience designing productivity and/or document creation tools is a plus.
• A portfolio that shows your talent, skill, and experience. You’re experienced with architecture, UX, research, visual design, and bringing things to life through code.
• Ability and willingness to lead and mentor others. Whether it's defining product goals, visualizing a potential future, or providing design guidance, you enjoy bringing clarity and highlighting opportunities for the team and product.
• Smarts and an inquisitive attitude. You know how to approach complex problems, and should be comfortable with ambiguity and abstraction.
• You articulate your ideas effectively through your verbal written communication skills and know how to work with remote teammates.
• Paste is part of the creative community and so are you— broadly interested in tech, culture, and the arts.
• You love to learn, unlearn, and relearn. In this rapidly changing world, it’s imperative to keep evolving.
